Please take some time to fill out each question to the best of your ability to allow our art team to know the best way we can help you. Upon receiving a request form, a quote will be provided to you before work begins.
Approval of the quote, plus a 50% down-payment is required before the design process will begin.

Once the design process begins, you will receive a “Proof” for your approval through email before we begin any printing.

**Please Note any requested changes after approval is given may result in additional charges.

**Please Note We accept logo files from outside sources “as is”. Any manipulation, editing or digitizing of “customer supplied logo file” will infer an additional cost. This includes text and images included for any/all portions of the original file.

Customer supplied logos must be in a live vector file format (i.e. AI, EPS, SVG). No JPG or PNG files are acceptable.
Should this be the only file type in customer’s possession, an option to digitize/recreate the art in some cases may be offered for an additional charge, assessed at that time by Print Shop art team.
